Prof. Wang Jun of the Department of Mechanical & Automation Engineering recently reaped the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Asia Pacific Neural Network Assembly at the 18th International Conference on Neural Information Processing held in Shanghai, becoming the second in Hong Kong being awarded to notable achievement. Prof. Wang also received an IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks Outstanding Paper Award with one of his graduate students.
