To stimulate the interest of our undergraduates in Engineering Research, the Faculty has launched the Faculty Enrichment Scheme for Engineering Undergraduates (SUPER) in 2005. This Scheme is targeted for the students in the Faculty of Engineering who are keen on doing research and who may be planning to pursue further study on a research-oriented programme upon graduation. The Scheme aims to enrich the curriculum with additional courses which will strengthen the students’ research techniques. After successful completion of the Scheme, students will receive a certificate of recognition issued by the Dean of Engineering. The recognition could certainly be one of the useful supporting credentials for students when they apply for the postgraduate study or for employment in the future.
